Cancellation Policy

Orders placed on Shakti Umang (a brand of THE EARTHLY CONSUMER CARE PRIVATE LIMITED) can be cancelled as per the terms below.

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped from the My Orders section or by contacting customer support.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery; for prepaid orders the refund will be processed after the package returns to us, minus shipping charges.
• For prepaid cancellations, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
