Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on the Shakti Umang website operated by THE EARTHLY CONSUMER CARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Products received damaged, leaking, expired or wrong can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Please share an unboxing video / photos with your order number at our support email or WhatsApp.
- Because these are consumable health products, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and received, refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded to your bank account / UPI after verification.
3. Non-Refundable
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.
